Problem
Timely insurance product recommendations for a financial advisor's clients is an important service to provide to users, but the volume of email requests and phone calls was getting out of hand. Working out of an email inbox was not a sufficient method for teams to handle these requests, in addition to not receiving all the information needed in order to make an accurate recommendation.

Solution
Identified key information needed for providing product recs to build a simple intake form that both internal and external users could utilize for life and annuity products. The company formed a product desk department to handle more in-depth product coaching which utilized several features to effectively leverage this organizational update.
Outcomes
Hundreds of recommendation requests are created and processed daily. Reduced a single product recommendation turnaround time from days, to just several minutes. Created an escalation system to flag requests that need more personalized coaching.
