Life is hard enough without bad software products. Let's not make it harder 🥀

My experience spans a range of industries: from early-stage fintech startup to global agricultural enterprise. And within those industries: building consumer-facing products, internal operations tools, UX workshops/training content and design system QOL/enhancements.

I focus on raising the craft across teams and the processes my teams subscribe to just as much as delivering my own work. That breadth means I can meet a team where it's at: building a design practice from scratch or plugging into a mature system and making it better.

Outside of work, I parent an extremely active 3 year-old. Lots of running, climbing and shouting (we're outdoors as much as possible). I can also be found in my vegatable garden, keeping up an 100 year-old house that always has something for me to learn how to repair, and getting lost in a good board game with friends (and lately, on the pickleball courts too).
