Problem
Separate app solutions for different departments facilitated queues of work that ultimately served the same function. Users would get confused determining which app they needed to use to submit certain requests or have to re-enter the same information in multiple places to conduct a request for a single client.
Solution
Combined each app into one by distilling the process down to the simplest form. Worked with each department to determine how to create uniform standards that requests need to follow. Built customizable tools so teams can gather unique information and manage the phases needed to complete the request.
